The Kershaw Pushrod 1345 is a simple and great pocket knife, with assisted opening technology. This means you quickly and effortlessly open it with the thumb studs or the flipper. It is namely enhanced with a powerful spring. When you push the blade out a little the spring will take over. When opened the blade is blocked by a solid linerlock. As such the blade won't close when you don't want it to.
For this affordable pocket knife Kershaw used a couple amazing materials. The handle is made from G10: a fibreglass composite. Incredibly strong and light-weight. The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV-steel. This is a type of stainless steel that is easy to sharpen.
