Returns & Exchanges 

Return Policy:

We want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not, you can return new and unused items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, less any shipping and processing fees. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in its original condition (Undamaged Box, Tags, etc.) 

 

Important Notes: 

  • All returns must be sent prepaid and insured. 

  • Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer, following their policy. Please contact their customer service department for assistance. 

  • Simpson Outdoors reserves the right to refuse returns for customers with excessive returns, returning visually used items, returns outside of the 30-day return window, and item that has damage or defects caused by the customer.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT use the provided return label until you have initiated the return through the return's portal, and the return has been approved. Returns sent without prior initiation will not be processed. 

For mail-in returns, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Select oversized items may incur additional fees up to $19.95. 

Nonreturnable Items

All sales of the following items are FINAL, and returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED:
  • Suppressors
  • Firearms (including frames and lower receivers)
  • Any blemished or “Blem” firearms, frames, and receivers
  • Any used (i.e., fired) firearms, frames, and receivers
  • Ammunition
  • Ammunition components
  • Blank cartridges
  • Used, worn, or washed clothing
If a defect is discovered in any of these items, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly to submit a warranty claim. If the customer received any of these items that were shipped incorrectly, the customer can contact Customer Service for assistance.

Exchange Policy: 

The easiest way to return a purchase for exchange would be at our Flagship store located at 40 W. Wesmark Blvd. Sumter, SC 29150. If you are not able to return your purchase, the exchange process follows a similar process as our returns.  Log into our return's portal HERE.

Damage Policy: 

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please e-mail our customer service team at info@huntsimpsons.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include photos of the damaged items, and a member of our team will be in touch to process a return, replacement, or direct you contact the manufacturer.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as it is still in “sellable condition.” Merchandise must be in original purchase condition to be eligible for refund or exchange. This means the item should:

  • be unworn (aside from trying it on)
  • tagged
  • unwashed
  • devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells
  • needs to be in its original packaging.

Sunglass Policy

There is a 30-day return policy on all sunglass purchases made online. Returned frames must be in sellable condition (sellable condition is the exact condition you received the item).

Refunds are only given in the original form of payment (including debit cards & gift cards). Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason on returns. For in-store pickups, the return policy deadline begins on the date you purchase, not when you pick up.

  • All headwear and headgear
  • BOGO Winter Sale
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Facemasks
  • Gift Cards (They will also not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.)
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL when item(s) are purchased at 50% OFF or 40% OFF original MSRP. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
  • If FINAL SALE items are mailed back without prior manager approval, you will be required to pay shipping to return the item(s) to your address or forfeit the product.
  • How to Return an Order

    We are currently in the process of revamping our return process. To begin your return, please contact us at 803-774-3266.

    • Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return and our Return Form is included with your return shipment.
    • You may return merchandise using the postal carrier of your choice.
    • Our packaging is reusable! Feel free to return the product in the same package we used to send it to you.
    • Postage is not prepaid for returns; you are responsible for paying shipping charges to return products to us.
    • For your protection, we advise that you use a trackable shipping method to send us your return.
    • If you’re returning a pair of shoes or boots, we need the box back, too.Also, please don’t treat the shoe box as the shipping box; wrap it in brown paper or put it in another box before you return it. If you fail to follow these directions, we will not be able to accept the return and won’t issue a refund.

    Returns are typically processed within 2-4 business days upon receiving your package. Transactions can only be refunded after approximately 24-48 hours after the payment is processed.
