(d/b/a Simpson Outdoors) and its subsidiaries ("Simpson Outdoors," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our retail stores, website (HuntSimpsons.com), mobile applications, SMS programs, email marketing, and any other online or offline services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). We employ TLS 1.3 encryption, tokenized payments (PCI‑DSS v4), MFA for admin accounts, role‑based access, quarterly vulnerability scans, and annual penetration testing. No system is 100 % secure, but we follow NIST SP 800‑53 Moderate controls.
12. International Transfers
We store data on AWS (U.S.) and may transfer to other countries under EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK International Data Transfer Agreement, and other appropriate safeguards.
13. Nevada, Vermont & California “Shine the Light”

Nevada & Vermont: We do not sell covered information as defined under NRS 603A or 9 V.S.A. §2430. Nevada residents may email support@shopsimpsons.com to make an opt‑out request.

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via a banner on our site/app and, where required, emailed or texted to subscribers. The "Last Updated" date will always tell you when it was last revised.

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTION POLICY
Please take some time to read through our Social Media Interaction, Comment, and Message rules - these are set in place to make the time you spend on our page a happy one. Respect. Treat other visitors with the respect they deserve. This should go without saying, but treat others like you would like to be treated! Any deliberately inflammatory or argumentative posts or comments will be deleted by page admins. Page admins reserve the right to delete posts and comments as they see fit without warnings or second chances. Please think about how your posts or comments might affect other fans before you write them. Remember - if you can't say something nice, then don't say anything! Page admins also reserve the right to delete and ban anyone from the page who is deemed to be causing trouble, maliciously trying to hurt business, or being rude/disrespectful. Once a visitor has been banned by an admin, they will not be reinstated.
Spam/Advertising. Simpson Outfitters is free of spam and advertising. Page admins reserve the right to delete any advertising or spam posts - this includes unauthorized links to other Facebook pages, shout-outs, and links to other websites. We also reserve the right to delete and ban spammers from the page altogether. The only advertising allowed on our page is that which has been pre-approved by the Simpson Outfitters team and also advertising of our own products from the Simpson Outfitters website.
Discussion. We expect that our visitors will respect everyone's views and opinions and not be judgmental. Anyone inciting personal attacks or nastiness toward another person because of their views will have their comments deleted and will risk deletion and ban from the page altogether at the page admin's discretion.
