The Collector's Series Mark IV 22/45 models are distinguished by their American walnut grip panels, engraved with an oak leaf and basket weave pattern, and come with a 2025 Collector's Series metal license plate, decal, and lapel pin. These models offer a simple, one-button takedown for easy field-stripping and cleaning without tools. The pistol has a comfortable, precision-molded polymer grip frame with a serrated frontstrap and checkered backstrap, and 1911-style grip panels. Its 1/2"-28 threaded, cold hammer-forged barrel provides exceptional accuracy and longevity, and allows for muzzle accessories. The firearm's internal cylindrical bolt construction ensures permanent sight-to-barrel alignment, and a contoured ejection port and easy-to-grasp bolt ears ensure reliable operation. It also features an ergonomic bolt stop, a drilled and tapped receiver for optics, and an ambidextrous manual safety that can be converted to left-side only. A convenient push-button magazine release allows the two included 10-round magazines to drop free for easy reloading. A magazine disconnect is also included to prevent discharge when the magazine is removed.
